.: All American Poker Video Poker Review
All American Poker is a video poker just like Jacks or Better, however, the paytable has been changed.
There are no wilds and no bonuses. You'll quickly notice the payout for a full house, flush and straight
are the same amount (8:1). Versus jacks or better, you get paid more for a flush, straight, or straight
flush. You are paid less for a full house and 2 pair. Unfortunately, the drop in odds for two pair
will hurt the average player in the short term. But if you can hit the straight flush, you are in the
money. 5 coins with a 1000 payout on a quarter bet will pay you a sweet $250!
5 coins is the maximum bet playing All American Poker. It is widely recognized playing max coins,
no matter what game you are playing, is a good strategy. Paytables never penalize more money in each
game! In this case, the 5th coin significantly adds to the payout for a royal flush. Yes, it's true you only
see the benefit when a royal flush is hit, you dont see a detriment in payout ratio. If you dont have a bankroll
to play enough hands at max coins, then by all means play within your budget. It's better to play 5 hands than
1 hand betting it all.
